What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All our orders are Pre Paid. We offer Free Delivery all over India. Once the order is placed by you, we make the stamps with your design and send it over to popular couriers like FedEx, Delhivery, Ecom Express, DHL, Bluedart, Shadowfax, Udaan, etc.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No. At the moment, our services are limited only to India.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We take 1 business day to process your order and delivery time may vary based on your location and takes between 2 to 6 business days.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We use Razorpay payment gateway which supports almost all payment methods available in India. UPI, Popular Digital Wallets, NetBanking, Debit Cards and Credit Cards are supported.

How Can I Return?

We don’t have a return policy. However, if the items are damaged / spoiled during the transition, we replace them with a new one. Unpacking video is must for item replacement.

Do I Need An Account To Place The Order?

An account will be automatically created when you place the order. You will receive password reset link to your registered email address. With which you can login to your account and access your details.

What are Pre Inked Stamps?

Pre Inked Stamps are modern version of regular stamps. They are single colored and pre filled with your choice of ink while making them. You don’t need an Ink Pad with these kind of stamps. They are capable of giving 10,000 to 25,000 impressions and can be refilled after that. Refilling of these stamps can be done at any stamp maker.

What Are The Surfaces They Work On?

Pre Inked Stamps work on almost all Absorbent/Permeable Paper Surfaces.
Eg : Normal Printing Paper, Pizza Boxes, Carry Bags, Price Tags, Envelopes, Hand Made Paper, Tissue Papers, Corrugated Boxes etc.

They work to an extent on Jute and Fabric material. However the quality of the impression will not be great.

They DO NOT work on Non Absorbent/ Non Permeable surfaces like Polythene Covers, Shiny Surfaces, Plastic Materials etc.

How Do I Cancel The Order?

We do not have order cancellation option. However if you want to make any changes, reach us on Whatsapp Support Line within 2 hours from the order placement.

What are the cancellation charges?

We do not have an order cancellation option. However, in exceptional cases like, unable to provide valid proof for Govt., Educational, Financial Institute stamps, we can process your refund.
In such a refund, a service charge of 5% will be levied. The rest of the amount will be refunded to the same payment method.

How To Get A Stamp For a Govt. Office/School/Bank?

If you are an employee of any Govt. department / Finance Institute / Educational Institute, then we need an authorization letter or email from your official email ID to prevent any misuse of rubber stamps.

Please do not place an order without valid authorization letters. Such orders will be cancelled automatically.

Once you place the order please share your Authorization Letter to seals@seloprint.com mentioning your order number in the subject line of the email.
